Membership (standing committee)
| Objective: |
Welcome new members, recruit new members, consult with Board of
Directors on membership issues, and liaison with Subcommittee on the New Dentist. |
| Composition: |
Chairperson and any number of members. |
| Duties: |
- Establish a program to determine why many dentists are reluctant to become members of their Society and why others, who become members, fail to retain their membership.
- Provide new members with information regarding the benefits and advantages of membership.
- Recruitment of Non-Members.
