Political Action (standing committee)
| Objective: |
Encourage Society political participation, provide legislation information and liaison with Local, State, and US Congressional office holders and staff, a and promote dialog on political matters affecting the practice of dentistry. |
| Composition: |
Chairperson and any number of members. |
| Duties: |
- Encourage individual member participation with the various Michigan Dental Association committees and other state level positions.
- Solicit funds and campaign for Society members who are seeking Michigan Dental Association and/or American Dental Association offices.
