Chairperson and any number of members. |
| Duties: |
- Publish and distribute the Gutta Percha Clarion newsletters on a quarterly and timely basis beginning in August of each term.
- Publish and distribute the Society Handbook updates annually or whenever necessary.
- Govern and distribute all other official publications.
- Provide current mailing labels and distribution supplies.
- Arrange for Board approved advertisements and revenues.
- Provide for the photographic coverage of members' directory and of any special events whenever requested by the Board.
